Working with our cosmetic manufacturers is one of the last steps to taking a dream and making it reality. Una Care has hundreds of gallons of scaled-up formulas under our belt. From shampoos to creams to hot fills, there simply isn’t any type of product that we can’t make and fill. Our production lines can accommodate any size or type of packaging and can help keep up with our client’s stock throughout the year. Una Care holds one the lowest MOQs in the industry for filling and an even lower MOQ for scale-up services.
Formulation Process
Una Care’s cosmetic chemists have years of education and experience to take any idea and make it the next product on the shelf. There is not a single formula we cannot create to match a client’s imagination. Our chemists work one on one with our clients to get a clear picture of what they envision, and turn it into a physical product. We use science to back up ingredient choices, marketing/efficacy claims, stability and even helping to reduce price points. Una Care Products has over 50+ formulas for private labeling and has worked on more than 1,000+ custom formulations. Our chemists take their job to the next level and truly enjoy perfecting a client’s project until they find the “golden” formula.
